I am a trauma and Behaviour therapist and am currently working at Lahore Grammar School as a school counselor After teaching at the best mainstream schools in Lahore for over fifteen years, I did my mid-career degree in Autism Studies & Intellectual disabilities. I meet people from all age groups and deal with issues like abuse, anxiety, stress, depression, PMLD, and Autism Spectrum Disorders. I use techniques including Behaviour modification, Talk therapy, SPELL framework, BPS, EMDR therapy snx Person Centres Approach.
